Fuck-weed is any person, whether possessing the credentials or not, i.e., D. Phil., Ph. D., M.D., J.D., etc., money, women, toys, physical attributes, that acts in such a manner as to suggest that he/she is superiour, and is intent to let you know it, or by mentioning events indirectly which relate to their accomplishment.

Mr. Tool is a real "fuck-weed."
