Flutengabin
A ridiculous word used to totally confuse the hell out of anyone it is said to. Especially effective if used as a response to a question in conversation.
John: Yo Bill, what was the score of the game last night?
Bill: Oh the Cowboys game? Yeah, it was flutengabin.
John: It was what?!?!?!??!
Bill: Huh?

High-Fluting Economist
1. An economist or talking head who sings the praises of the wealthy corporations while glossing over the miserable state of the working class. This would generally include the majority of all economists since only the wealthy corporations can afford to hire official excuse-makers.
2. Roughly, anyone who tells you to "whistle while you work".
3. One who plays the skin flute for his corporate daddies in exchange for Ass Tokens.
The word 'highfallutin' is based on a midwestern slang pronunciation of high + fluting or flutin'. The adjective is meant to humorously contrast the fancy and ghey sounds of a flautist (flute player) with the seriousness of everything else in the real world.

Texas is categorized as a swing state in presidential elections, but has voted for Republicans more times than for Democrats in recent history. As such, as demographics change political alignments, some Democrats believe that Texas will vote blue, or Democratic, due to their Hispanic and African American voters, who often align themselves with the Democratic Party's liberal wing.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.

Term used to describe someone who is a mix of both rural (country) and urban (metropolitan) lifestyles/upbringings. He/she is typically equally comfortable in both settings and is able to seamlessly slip back and forth between the two, appreciating the characteristics of each.
