Flaccism (n.): a policy or attitude of "soft bigotry", positing that members of a
particular group (women, minorities, et cetera) ought to be held to lower standards, and that mediocre performances from a member of that group should be celebrated as much as, or more than,
excellence in
performance from those held to "normal" standards. Infantilizing condescension usually intended to virtue-signal, showing that the "flaccist" is morally superior.
