Flatuphobia

Fear of farting. This term initially referred to the fear of accidental bowel movements, however it is commonly associated with enclosed spaces such as elevators or in very quiet environments, such as a church service.

When you fear that you may not be able to safely fart without soiling yourself, you are suffering from flatuphobia.
