Definition- Fat Friday, also commonly referred to as 'Greeday', is the last Friday of the month where one can simply binge on any food one desires. Fat Friday is set aside for those who maintain healthy bodyweight on normal days and not for the continuously gluttonous or obese.

Full Fat Friday

A designated cheat day on which you are allowed to break your diet and eat full-fat (i.e. not "diet" or "lite") food, as complete abstinence is impossible for most people. It also provides a reward for the sticking to your nutrition plan over the rest of the week, on the day you are most likely to break your diet because of lower discipline.

The last day of the business/school week, otherwise know as Friday, is a day where all may indulge in "fatty" foods without remorse of keeping a diet. It may also be looked upon as a day to look forward to relax, and release one's stress by eating "fatty foods".

Fat bitch Friday a recurring event that happens every Friday from 12 AM to 11:59 PM. The Boys are suggested to go out and find the fattest bitch they can find and get with them. Any girl over 150 pounds is valid for this event. The reason we celebrate Fat Bitch Friday is to humble ourselves and to honor the Fat lives matter movement which doesnt really matter.
