I am bulgarian and never heard of the above definition.

In reference to the male sex organ, the length remaining after being gripped by two hands (held one above the other, not unlike with a baseball bat). Generally measured in centimeters as the word is of Bulgarian origin; importantly this measurement can be both positive or negative.

Commonly used in Salzburg, Austria and Miami Beach, Florida.

I have a significant evala deficit using my own hands, but in Sarah’s hands I’m slightly positive!
