Eval can be used to many for a degree of definitions but as a name it means that she or he will live a full life of success, chaos and fulfillment. Their happiest days are when they are helping the people they love and care about, or seeing misery come to those they hate deeply. Eval is derived from replacing the I out of Evil with an a and produced EV-A-L.

Mother: Amy, your teacher is right, people that sing out loud during class, must undergo a psyche eval, or in simpler language, have a psychiatric or medical evaluation.
