Eval
A very large individual who lingers around the local elementary school playgrounds from around 9:30-10 am (recess time) and from 12-1pm (lunch time). he has been rumored to be a very touchy person, especially with children. He touches them up and down and all around with no consent. One victim, Jessica Pringle, a 2nd grader at Woodland Hills Academy (prek-6), has come forward about her experiences with eval. She said she was touched multiple times in her "no no zone". Her mom, Jessica Pringle has started a groundsmen and a Nonprofit organization for Sexual Assult victims.

Eval can be used to many for a degree of definitions but as a name it means that she or he will live a full life of success, chaos and fulfillment. Their happiest days are when they are helping the people they love and care about, or seeing misery come to those they hate deeply.
