(Additionally scammer online) a person of low moral value who uses social network to profit from other peoples suffering and expense. This person usually does this without broadcasting his or her face and or voice. Other terms can be a criminal level prankster who intimidates the general public or even targets individuals.

"I clicked on the link saying I was being prosecuted by the HMRC and eventually spoke to a woman in Pakistan who told me I could go away for £1500. I later found out She was an Ecrim." Alternatively, "That online Prankster went too far. They caused suffering to the little girl by targeting her at school making others bully her."
