When you are feeling nervous and excited at the same time. Possibly when school starts? Another use for this kindly-fashioned word is when something is overly what it should be at limits. Such as overly-saddening, overly disgusting, overly joyful, etcetera.

"Did you see Shelby? Her new shoes are...erecinati.."
"I'm super erecinati for school...!"
