In the Lesbian World, a lesbian who is typically a crazy, bitch of an ex-girlfriend. This particular type of dyke is seemingly normal or emotionally functional at first, until you until you get to know her. Common characteristics surface when you dump her or break her heart... then they become irrational and unleash their inner psycho dyke-o.

After Raquel and I broke up, she morphed into a complete psycho dyke-o before my eyes.
