Drugcalis is a name that is given to female "rapper" Cardi B. This name is used to reference the "rappers" past, by bringing up how she would drug, rob, and r@pe innocent men for money, despite making living being a stripper.

Example 1. Driving on the wrong side of a major road and honking at the on-coming traffic for being at fault.
