When a celebrity hooks up with a clearly "low-wattage" person (either another celeb, or a standard citizen), and said hookup causes the brighter celeb's star to dim. Opposite of upfuck.

As I finished my 4th cappuccino and started my second heart attack, a bit of downfucking walked by. Her name was Sheila and she was one of the cocktail waitresses from the Palm Beach Improv. See: Spears, Britney; Witherspoon, Reese; Hollywood, ALL OF.

A friend who always says no when you ask him to go to a party or an event with you (or even just to come over to your house), because he is just too lazy.
You can also say he fucks down.

Ann: do you wanna go with us to the party?
Amel: No sorry I'm too lazy right now
Ann: Amel doesn't come. He fucks down again. He is a total downfucker.
