A forked stick used to find underground water. Shaped like a Y. When there's water, the straight part of the stick moves towards the ground.

I tried a dowsing rod on several occasions & it Always found water! I used a simple stick & it worked, to my amazement!

dorming wood

n. When a male wakes up with an erection (morning wood) in his dorm room. Usually followed by clever mechanisms to conceal said erection when roaming the public dorm halls/dorm rooms.

I was late for my laundry time when I woke up with dorming wood-I had to tuck it in my waistband so the 6 people in the hall wouldn't see it as I walked to the washer and dryer.

lo-dosing

Lo-dosing is taking a small overdose of pills (such as three pills instead of one) to achieve a positive side effect such as extreme sedation.

I plan on lo-dosing on Xanax tonight so I can relax.
