1 When the "idea bulb" (known from many looney toons cartoons as the formation of an idea) turns on but it is not all that great of an idea.

2 A non tech savy person who is dumber than the equipment they are attemting to use.

A fellow employee that doesn't have the sense God gave him. Hes a total lazy horses ass that leaves all the work for others. Meanwhile he constantly complains about all the work he is doing.

Dimwitticus

So named for a faux-Harry Potter spell that makes people inexplicably stupid. Used to describe why someone could be stupid on purpose.

When volunteer editors nix a correct term in favor a blatantly wrong one already posted, or allow--then "whoops!" delete--an obvious jibe, they must have been struck by the Dimwitticus curse.
