Dimebagger 

-noun

1. An older woman with a purse full of pocket change. Said old woman will typically pay anyone with the pocket change, this can be quite irritating.

2. A young hoodlum with a purse full of sweet stinky weed. Said hoodlum will typically sell these bags to others, this can be quite illegal.

Those old dimebaggers still haven't agreed to fund the new boat, glocks, and dynamite yet. Those old whores.

When investors from states where cannabis is still illegal investing in cannabis companies in states where it has recently been legalized. Essentially carpetbaggers, but for weed.

"Hey, have you checked out that new dispensary that opened up on High Street in Portland?"
"Nah son, it's run by a bunch of dimebaggers..."

One who casts off the restraints of a conventional life to pursue their passion(usually something dangerous and off the wall like base jumping, rock climbing, surfing etc.) Often you will find them living in vans, buses, caves or tents. Usually broke but always smiling.

Girl: Mommy, I never want to grow up. Mom: Well Dear, learn to climb, buy a van and become a dirtbagger.
