Dhen dho has no meaning at all,its just something they use to describe ssituation that tempts you to smh and gtfo of that place. Or when you start getting tease by your patents.
You see, it is a multipurpose tool used in day-to-day conversations, you can actually cause someone discomfort and hatred by smusing these words and cause them to grit their teeth and make them think "I will murder him, and I feel feed on his cold dead corpse"
