Is the name given to the most craziest girl you'll ever meet (in a good way). Someone who is a rebel without a cause, and a free spirit. She's weird. You wont be missing anything if you're with her. Cydney is a mixture of both beauty and a great personality. She is very rare, which makes her special. She's the kind of person that is caring towards others when she wants to, has a good sense of humor, fun to be around with, and mysterious in some ways. If you need someone to talk to, she will be there 100% of the time with you. Cydney is also very shy at first, but once you get to know her, you'll see that she's the loudest animal living on this planet. She'd rather be the bro in the girl world, and doesn't care about what others think of her, she likes to be her own judge. She makes you do things that you've never done before. She is a blessing in the lives of all those that are privileged to have her in their life. If you're lucky enough to have her in your life, make sure you keep her because you wont be able to find anyone else like her.

Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
