1. A person (usually a woman) who acts like a cunt.

2. A person in the friend group who is always playing the role of a cunt. Usually because that is their natural demeanor or personality.

I can't stand Joyce, she is always in cuntrole.

A worthless peice of shit who is so repulsive and generally nasty, that calling him a mere asshole simply isnt enough. Thus the word Cunthole was created.

Here is a prime example of a cunthole.
