For example, a person who makes inappropriate jokes in a serious situation might be considered croopy. Or, a person who insists on wearing a horse mask to a serious business meeting, making everyone else in the room feel uneasy.

Adjective: The act of being creepy and sloppy at the same time. That sloppy ass dude that steady creeps on or around women on the regular. Being "cropped" on can happen in almost any situation if you're around sloppy ass dudes.
