You've never heard of Creepman?
Every bloodmoon he manifests to take feet.

Ice Creepman

A middle aged man who drives an ice cream truck and prefers to pull into driveways to make the sale. Prefers to sit on the edge of serving ledge and ask several questions while the children patiently wait to give their order. Once the order is placed the ice creepman hands the MILF a Magnum double chocolate ice cream bar and states, "here this is for you".

The ice creepman is on the next block but due to frequent stops to chit chat with the neighborhood MILFs in which he delivers a free Magnum bar to his favorites 😜
