COVIDcing 

Using the COVID-19 virus as an excuse to not see people, when the real reason is that they simply don't like them.

Some people are not permitting grandparents and grandchildren to see each other after months of quarantine, COVIDcing them that is "for their own good," when the reality is that they just don't like their in-laws.

Covidamin

some of managers of private and public corporations and organisations, who neglect the necessary precisions and preventive recommendations in controlling hygeian in related to coronavirus. They behave such as comprador and act as agents for foreign organizations engaged in trading, only for insignificant and negligible frippery (economic rent)
The covidamin is a coinage (portmanteau) consist of two morphemes of covid and admin (administrator)

Our boss neglects health instructions of Ministry of Health and Medical Education, the colleagues call him "covidamin!"
The dean of college didn't recess the semester and actually behaved as a wicked covidamin.
Nowadays, covidamins act such as "fifth column"
