COTHO 

This is an acronym born from various family members on my wife's side.
This is bestowed upon persons who excel at what they are most notable for, being cunts.

This acronym comes from "Cunts of The Highest Order".

Gee, my sister in law and her husband are such COTHOs. They have been stealing from my family for over 20 years and lying to our faces for all those years yet still inviting us to their multi-million dollar property for Xmas to make sure we give presents to their kids.
Oh wow, my other brother in law is also a COTHO. He managed to keep his mouth shut as if nothing happened but was given a free Jaguar by the other two COTHOs.

A pretend doctor. Usually a nurse practitioner with confidence issues, but wants to be a pretend he/she is a doctor.
Will frequently pursue online degrees to get useless credentials instead of going to a real med school.

Real Doctor: I am Dr. Smith
Cathopathic Physician: I am also a doctor.
RD: Where did you go to med school?
CP: I did not go to med school, I am a cathopathic physician.

St. Brother Andre Catholic Highschool 

Some broke ass school in markham filled with 50% asians, 25% white people, 15% unknown and brown, and 10% black. All the black people think they are from the hood (scarbs), and they like to cause shit for no reason. You have the AP kids (advanced placement) who do nothing but work always, our cafeteria is shit - probs the worst i've ever seen. Not a very smart school aside from those AP losers, a ton of druggies who love their weed, and less then a handful of quality teachers - one got expelled last year for getting too flirty with a student- PLOT TWIST the male teacher was getting to close with a male student... oh well :P
