Constressful

When you're so confused that you become stressed from your lack of understanding.

This project is so constressful. The teacher never explained what we're supposed to be doing and it's due tomorrow.

She is constressed living in confusing and stressful times.
Also, constressing....This is a constressing situation.

The staff are constressed because they find the new process both confusing and stressful.
