Used to show that one agrees with something without using an extended sentence.
Traditional:

Statement: "Howling 3: The Marsupials was the best movie ever!"
Response: "I agree wholeheartedly!"

Updated:

Statement: "Howling 3: The Marsupials was the best movie ever!"
Response: "Concurrage!"

Having the COURAGE to agree (concur) with someone when they say something that might be different.

Also means being so excited about something to the point where you no longer just agree with them...
Molly said that she enjoyed listening to Bill Clinton give a speech...Stefanie said she "concouraged" with her.
