Coffee Way is a coffee shop in Kingston, Ontario. Often, coffee shops sell donuts as well. Donuts are sweet pastry items that come in a variety of flavours. One who frequents coffee outlets for pleasure and who complains about the VAT hike but didn't complain before when the coffee outlet didn't pass it on and has passed on the HIKE now. A coffee shop owner also falls under this term because they are crying in the national media about vat hike.
