It’s a mix of the names Sy and Jay (might not be spelled that way; is enough if it sounds the same) and it means unique, special, one of a kind, etc.

The name ciedge also means strong, independent, kind, loving, caring, loyal, faithful, and compassionate. It is a name carefully thought of and is very meaningful.
