To be chowdered is to make out with a girl within 30 minutes of her giving a different dude head, preferably in the rank ass bathroom of your local bar.

Joe: Dude, I just made out with the hottest chick in the room.

Mike: Which one?

Joe: The one over there in the blue shirt.

Mike: Bro, she just blew me in the bathroom five minutes ago. You just got chowdered.

when a woman sends a picture of her cooter to another woman on her cellphone, email, etc. warning her to back off her man, because she found the other womans cooter on his cellphone to begin with.

Kim was cootered by Tonya, when Tonya found Kim's cooter on her man Gregs cellphone.
