It also has the ability to find lost puppies and carries candy on its person to give to little children at bus stops as it attempts to give random children a ride home from the local playground. Usually a friend your Mother's who you don't know, but your mom trusts enough to send to pick you up without any advanced notice from many different kid friendly spots. Typically drives a windowless panel van and is required to register with local law enforcement agencies upon there arrival in your city or town.
