Chihuahua syndrome
A weaker, smaller person or country that has delusions of being big and strong and thus tries to intimidate others by barking constant threats, which usually serve little more purpose than just to annoy all those around. This behavior is often frustratingly tolerated because a violent reaction against such an obviously weaker, smaller person or country would seem immoral and inhumane. Still, sometimes you just want to kick the fucking thing across the room.
Bill's neighbor constantly argues with him over trivial things, often issuing veiled threats of violence in the process, but Bill never takes the threats seriously as Bill is twice his size and clearly in much better shape. Rather than going to jail for kicking his neighbor's ass, Bill simply chalks it up to chihuahua syndrome and tries to make the best of the unfortunate situation.

Formally known as a purse dog, this is an especially annoying breed of Chihuahua (Mexican Rat). It has an extremely annoying bark and tiny ass body. It will bark for the hell of it and will drive you fucking insane. Their very presence will make you want to pick up their bitch-ass and drop-kick them right over the fence. Basically, it is a hell spawn.

A big eared, small body type, animal. It has dog in it, but is also mixed with Short Haired foxes and go through different modes: Shark Mode, Spider Mode, Lick Lick Monster Mode, and Dumbo mode. They have specialized minds where they send thoughts to humans in either Mexican or hillbilly voices.
Lick Lick Mode: When they lick everything around them
Shark Mode: Go on a evil rampage and attack human hands
Spider Mode: When they jump up and stand on their back legs and fight something.
Dumbo Mode: When they jump so high it seems they are flying with their oversized ears.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
