A chemically celibate person - Someone with a diminished sex drive due to the use of pharmaceutical or recreational drugs. Someone who for all intents and purposes has been chemically castrated.

Example 1 "Im on so many antidepressants that I don't even want to have sex anymore. Im a chemcel."

Example 2 "Fuck dating im going chemcel."

A Chemcloud is an artificial cloud that forms when a chemtrail has morphed to the point of being visually indistinguishable from a natural cloud. Chemclouds are known to contain, among other things, salts of barium and aluminum which alter the thermal and electrical properties of the atmosphere, thus affecting local weather.

Although the weatherman predicted sunny skies all day, chemclouds developed which created overcast conditions.
