Chelsy is a girl who goes through a lot but doesn't want to burden other people with her problems so she keeps it all bottled up. The Chelsey Effect

When one, while consuming alcohol, continues to keep drinking in excessive amounts, all in a short period of time, because they believe that they are perfectly fine and nowhere near being drunk. After a short while, the alcohol will hit them like a wall and they will become severely drunk, possibly going from giggly and happy, to lying on the ground and feeling sick in a matter of minutes.

Jack: “Dude, you need to slow down!”
Bill: “Nah man, I’m totally fine. I don’t feel anything.”
Jack: “Man, The Chelsey Effect is gonna hit you so hard.”
