Cheese Tax 

The God given right to demand (or steal) a piece of cheese while someone else is cutting/using it.

IE: You are grating cheese for tacos or slicing for hamburgers and you slice of some extra slabs of cheese to leave on the cutting board as "bait or sacrificial cheese" Enabling your family or friends to exact the cheese tax without touching your prepared cheese for the meal.

When I open the drawer in the fridge both the kid and the dog come over to get the "cheese tax" so I sliced them off a piece.

In our house while slicing cheese on the cutting board any member of the family has the right to yell "cheese tax" which is an automatic right to a slice.

A person who achieves 40% or less on a cheese-related test or quiz.

Don't trust his advice when it comes to fine cheeses, rumour has it that he's a cheesetard!

Cheesetastic

Used by the adolescent population at large to describe something so bloody cheesy, that it actually becomes amazingly fantastic. The use of the word cheesetastic usually implies a derived pleasure from the utter cheese of a situation or phrase.
Be cautious, large danger of over usage.

cheesetarian 

Someone who pretty much just eats cheese. Typically a vegetarian, although not a vegan.

Did you see that chick crushing the hors d'oeuvres over there? I heard her say she doesn't eat meat, but she's certainly a cheesetarian. I think she even ate that whole block of limburger.
