Chatmail

When you and your friend use the inbox/e-mail feature of Gmail, Ymail, etc. to chat; to write, read and reply with someone back and forth, typically at the same high speed as chatting.

An option for those times when you cannot have a chat program open on a work computer.

La and I chatmailed all day long for months. I would write something and hit send. She would reply right away. Neither or us were allowed to use a chat program at work.

The free e-mail account that isn't known to one's romantic partner. Typically Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo Mail.

I sent the new girl at work a message from my cheatmail account so my wife doesn't see it.

the result of being both catfished and blackmailed via webcam on social media or online dating websites. this epidemic has already taken off in Asia and is rapidly expanding to the Western world

Wong was trolling around online and thought he met a hot babe on Chatroulette. Little did he know he'd soon be taking out a fat stack of caysh because he just got catmailed by a dude.

You: so can you go this weekend? 9pm

Me: yea, I'd love to 9:01pm
An error occured

(next day at work)

You: wtf, you never responded!
