(next day at work)

You: wtf, you never responded!

Chatmail

When you and your friend use the inbox/e-mail feature of Gmail, Ymail, etc. to chat; to write, read and reply with someone back and forth, typically at the same high speed as chatting.

An option for those times when you cannot have a chat program open on a work computer.

La and I chatmailed all day long for months. I would write something and hit send. She would reply right away. Neither or us were allowed to use a chat program at work.

Text that was obviously written by a chat bot such as ChatGPT. Often used to exaggerate accomplishments or otherwise write well above the skills of the author.

I asked the kids to write 2 paragraphs about what they did during the summer break. Joey turned in two pages of chatfill.
