Insult which can be directed at mindless or selfish people. Pronunciation:
"chan-gur".

Example #1:
"Hey, I took the last bagel bite from the plate."-
"You stupid-ass *changuer*! I was saving that for later!"

Example #2:

"Dude, a random guy just cut me off my lane and almost made me crash while driving to work this morning."
