Cassarole

An english dish culminating the flavours of boiled rice or baked mashed potato or paste, and afterwards filled with vegetables or meat.

For example;
I bet Tristans' having cassarole for dinner tonight
or
Cassarole is Tristans' staple diet

Cheese plus other ingredients. Without cheese there is no casserole. It become's a pile of poop that is referred to as a pooparole.

Mac doesn't like cassarole because all he likes to eat pooparole.
