A “Cult” or even considered a religion, started early 2017 in Illinois resulting in teens in all high schools to make their own “canc cults” and only smoke marijuana illegally. There have been no reports recently of any active canc cults.

Invented by people who were soooo smart they wrote all the time, so often that they became insecure just HAVING a pen in their pocket, they needed a surefire way to keep it from accidentally falling out. Which eventually led the word "cance" to become synonymous with such words as "important", "intellectual" , and "special."
2.Sometimes a last name....NOT to be, but often, confused with Chance.

Literally ANYTHING bad. Can be used to describe anything bad, especially cancer. Literally, anything bad. Can be used as an adjective and/or a noun. Canc can be both a thing, (lung canc) and something to DESCRIBE it. If it is severe lung cancer, it would be canc lung canc. If you have a severe cold, you would have canc cold canc. You can shorten different canc diseases, such as lung canc becoming “lanc” and brain canc becoming “branc”.
“dude, jordan has such bad canc, i mean his canc is so INDESCRIBABLY bad, that he can’t even breathe right. it’s like his throat is half closed off from the canc. i mean that would explain his facial expressions when he’s doing, ya know, ANYTHING? He ate pizza out of the f*ing trash can. Not only is his canc completely indescribable, it is beyond any damn comprehension! i mean, he picks his ear like it’s full of worms, but honestly at this point that wouldn’t surprise me too much. I mean, can you blame him for picking his ear though? it’s probably because he can’t understand why his playing sounds so horrible. he shoved a water bottle DOWN HIS INSTRUMENT. he has the most severe case of canc i have ever witnessed.

The combined feeling of happiness and relief one feels when a meeting/appointment/call that one was dreading, but didn't have the courage to cancel oneself, ends up being cancelled by the other person.
My sister's cousin's brother-in-law just cancelled the lunch appointment where I was supposed to help him with his new start-up business idea, and now I'm feeling canc-elation!
