Copblocking
The act of impeding or preventing a police officer from doing his or her job. Common examples include flashing headlights to alert other drivers that a cop is waiting up ahead, asking a cop inane questions while they are in the process of giving someone else a ticket, or wasting an officer's time in any way, shape, or form possible.
May also refer to the game of Copblocking, where players "rat out" a cop's speed trap to would be speeders, preventing the cop from giving any tickets.

Cogblocking
When technology, machinery, AI or an electronic device of any fashion gets in the way of you scoring or prevents you from advancing sexually or romantically with someone of interest.
Cogblocking essential holds the exact same meaning as cockblocking which normally defines a person who gets in the way or prevents someone from scoring with someone they are attracted to. Cogblocking works the exact same way with the only difference being defined by the fact that it is not a person getting in the way but instead forms of technology.
The word stems from the term Cockblocking and a Cog that would be present within a machine.
