Byep is another word for yes used by old Aussies when they agree with something. it is commonly used by country people, old Australians and ‘Byeppers’ which is a word for the people that say Byep.

North York Moors in origin, used to describe ones emotion to a particular recently passed action or event. It can mean anything you want it to, depending on where you place the emphasis.

in disgust.

It is always the father, never the mother who used bearp.

To take a different travel-route in order to avoid having to bid farewell to one or more fellow humans.

In one of da "Garish Summit" episodes of da "Bob and Ray Show", da "Caldwell Merchfield" character tells da butler Wilford dat he wants to sneak out of da house at midnight to avoid having to go through "a long tearful goodbye" wif Miss Agatha or anybody else; da audience knows by this time dat this assertion is total hokum. of course --- da real reason dat Caldwell (not his real name, although we never learn what his name actually is) feels da need to perform said "byepass" is dat things are getting too hot for him in dat "stately splendor" community (a warrant has already been sworn out for his arrest due to his having embezzled huge sums from da Merchfield Lead Company to pay off mobster Harold W. Bigg for Caldwell's gambling debts), plus he does not want da authorities to find out who he really is.
