A person whos common sense is ejaculated and is extremely gullible and believes every statement by the current British Prime Minister Boris Johnson without any consideration to the truthfulness or credibility of said statement.

Nigel: Boris says he's putting a record sum of £34bn into the NHS and most certainly will not be selling off parts of it.

Someone who is a boring bastard!

Concoction of the word came from the film 'The Terminator'... Terminate + or = You see where I'm going...

So when one of these guys crop up run for the hills cause all he is about is Boringatoring yo' ass up!!
