Blurricane

A blurricane is some sort of cross between a blizzard and a hurricane. This is like a hurricane, except with snow as opposed to rain, and the storm some what resembles a circular formation.

While we were having a Minnesota Rodeo a blurricane showed up and we had to go inside.

A fierce Winter storm containing bitterly chilling winds. Temperatures usually drop below 10 degrees while winds are in excess of 20 miles per hour. Wind chill factors make it unbearable to be outside.

Donna went outside to play in the snow, but was caught off-guard by a terrible burricane, and froze to death.

When a winter storm hits with all the sound and fury of a hurricane, excepting its seasonal misplacement. What would be rain is snow, what would be winds are blizzard / white out conditions, waves become plowed snow, electric lost, electric storms in the clouds.

Burnicane

The amalgam of a hurricane and an ignited BP oil spill. You know, a burnicane.

Upon firing a flaming arrow into the oil enriched hurricane, the adventurer had transformed the hurricane into a burnicane, thus giving the natural disaster the edge it needed to effectively wipe out the tranarachnid invasion. The world was saved and the degree of collateral damage astronomical.
