Blizturd

Term used to refer to a useless or worthless in game item in the game Diablo 3 by Blizzard.

While the term can be used for any poor rare or legendary or set item that has the potential to be good, it is more commonly used to refer to items that should be good or at least useful (many legendary and set items), but invariably turn out to be useless and/or worthless.
When Referring to a newly identified item; "Yet another blizturd".

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
In use:
Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
