The recent landlord/house flippers that take away all character and original details of a house in order to “update” it with contractor grade, gray everything.
That mid century modern house used to be really cool with the pink tile bathroom, quirky fireplace and terrazzo floors. The new blandlord “updated” it with an open floor plan with vinyl plank floors, gray walls and contractor grade fixtures throughout and now it’s so boring!
