A town in Victoria that sucks big time. Benalla has quite a lot of gangs usually in a place in Benalla called the Bronx it’s the worst area of Benalla and is all or mostly housing commission. The high school also known as P-12 collage is the main public school in benella west it’s full of super bad fully sick eshay bahs and has always something dodgy going on in it. Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
