The act of Human Beings/People/Person Etc taking a big fat smelly shit on someones ballsack/testicle/nuts For No reason it's basically assault term used by people who like taking a shit on Balls.

Person 1: Hey are you ok? you look like you need to take a number 2
Person 2: Yeah i need to shit real bad
Person 1: Wanna shit on my balls?
Person 2:Yes i love Ballshitters you're a real friend
