Making an attempt to appear to know what you are talking about while not having the first clue what you're talking about. In other words, making it up as you go, man. Typically used tongue-in-cheek.

"Not to sound Biden-esque but I'm sure that global warming is a direct result of Russian interference and weather meddling"

Bidenesque 

Although a Regular Joe, Very Stately. Also, Comforting, Down to Earth, Trustworthy(by politician standards), Articulate, Likable, Intelligent.

Bidenesque is the opposite of Palinesque.

I admire the Bidenesque qulaities of the current Democratic Vice Presidential Candidtate.

Bidenesque 

Bidenesque - An incredibly stupid statement. Bidenesque takes its name from Vice President Joe Biden who continually makes incredibly stupid statements.

For example, "Look, John's last-minute economic plan does nothing to tackle the number-one job facing the middle class, and it happens to be, as Barack says, a three-letter word: jobs. J-O-B-S, jobs." --Joe Biden

Or, "When the stock market crashed, Franklin D. Roosevelt got on the television and didn't just talk about the, you know, the princes of greed. He said, 'Look, here's what happened." –Joe Biden, apparently unaware that FDR wasn't president when the stock market crashed in 1929 and that only experimental TV sets were in use at that time

Candidate Obama's statement that "I've now been in 57 states; I think one left to go." is Bidenesque.
