Among many things they make mixers, amplifiers and microphones and sell them at significantly low prices. Often get a bad rap by professionals often times unfairly. While not all of their stuff is always the most reliable choice, their value is incredible and to most starving artists the accessibility to good gear at a fraction of the price of other brands is a godsend.
I would have to sell my house to buy most advanced mixing consoles but the behringer does the job just fine at a fraction of the price. The price difference much exceeds the quality difference.
