Someone you tend to recognize as important to you, but they can be annoying sometimes so you call them a bambooshka.

A Firey Babooshka is basically the same as a fire crotch exept with EXTREMELY LONG pubic hairs. Many firey babooshkas (Also known as WINGDINGS) can be seen roaming the halls of public buildings and other natorious structures like schools and pimp houses.
