To act like a complete jerk usually while antoxicated or under the influence. Rude, obnoxious, irrational and not making sense.

He was so drunk i could not understand a word he was saying. He sounded like a bafoonious. His bafoonious conduct got him thrown from the club.

A purposeful lie about a false statement. A combination of bologna and erroneous. A fabricated error.

It can be used in a courtroom. For example, "That is balonious and you are felonious!"
