BRILTARD

A word used to describe someone who is brilliant, socially awkward, emotionally stupid, and utterly self-convinced he/she is of a superior class to everyone else around them.

Politically correctness nowadays expects you to refer to such person as intellectually/emotionally/socially/mentally (simultaneously) challenged. This somewhat relates to the historical use of such terms as "stupid smart". It ignores the fact that any word used to describe someone of below average ability in any area is an insult to someone with average ability or higher in that area.

That guy is a briltard. He comes up with brilliant business and tech ideas and designs, then turns around and says/does the dumbest stuff out in public, all while being endlessly self-convinced he knows better than everyone else just because he's rich. Utter briltard!

Britarded people often find their teeth to be disorganized and yellow.

An extremely racist, sexist and highly egotistical sjw feminist with an abnormally deep hatred towards middle aged Caucasian males, severely lacking in intelligence and cognizance function hence the reasoning of the addition of the "tard" suffix deriving from the term re-tard.
